We're on the search for a Inventory Fulfillment Associate to join our Chicago-based team. This role would support the operations team in creating transactions for the movement of goods between GHOST’s warehouses and key marketing assets for both powder and beverage businesses. This role would also assist the current operations team in managing Net Suite customer records for Ambassadors, Athletes, Takeover Team and other marketing delivery points.
Responsibilities- Assist with the transacting of sales orders for fulfilling items for promotional purposes.
- Coordinate with Ghost’s warehouses regarding items received and updating transactions to be accurate.
- Assist with the transacting of inventory between Ghost Warehouses.
- Follow up with Ghost warehouses on submitted transactions.
- Coordinate updates on tracking and delivery status to the corresponding marketing personnel.
- Work with inventory analyst to update errored orders to finalize fulfillment and relieve inventory.
- Cross referencing shipment requests from marketing personnel to Net Suite.
- Creating outbound transactions in 3PL portals for inventory not in Ghost owned warehouses.
- Create and fulfill Sample Requests for Marketing and Potential Customers.
- Communicate sample order priorities to the warehouse.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in inventory management / inventory control required - preferably in a wholesale product environment.
- 1+ Experience working with an ERP required - Net Suite preferred
- Data entry experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and working with data/numbers across systems and spreadsheets
- Organized and can easily move from task to task.
- Effective collaborator and team player.

Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
This role is also eligible for a 5% bonus.
