Live Nation Entertainment - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Partner with General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure compliance with Live Nation policies, Chicago ordinances, and Illinois state laws;
Conduct pre-show 'Zone Sweeps' to ensure operational readiness, fire code compliance, and crowd management;
Lead opening, running, and closing procedures for events; oversee ingress/egress plans;
Coordinate with front-of-house, box office, sponsorship, and production teams for seamless event execution; respond to guest and staff concerns;
Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising operational and security crew members; conduct daily pre-shift meetings
