Why This Role is Valuable

The AVP, Strategic Initiatives role provides Strategy and Business Planning:
Facilitate strategic planning processes while analyzing market trends, customer needs and conducting scenario planning. Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and optimize business plans and operational strategies that align to company vision, goals and success measures. Enable the execution of business plans by ensuring communication to departments and establishing appropriate tracking and reporting mechanisms. Lead assessments of business and departments, gather feedback on Revantage and business partner needs, and refine strategy accordingly.

Strategic Advisory and Execution:
Collaborate with Revantage leadership team and Business Partners to design and execute operating model transformation and enhancement initiatives. Own responsibility for delivery and quality of strategic projects to deliver on identified business outcomes. Translate identified operating model improvements (e.g., process changes, technology changes) into business cases, roadmaps and projects/tasks; work with department resources, technology resources to implement changes. Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working on sensitive business and organizational issues, manage ambiguity and propose workable solutions to challenging problems.

Develop storyboards and analytical frameworks, synthesize findings and identify key insights from analysis of data and qualitative insights. Implement change management processes and tools to help facilitate business transformations and process improvements. Identify opportunities to create internal and external collaboration and synergies. Portfolio and Project Management:
Support the portfolio management life cycle from demand management, prioritization, project execution to results management and reporting.
