** Position Overview
** The Program Manager is an entry to mid-level position and serves as a subject matter contributor for organizing and coordinating the strategic and technical aspects of projects and programs related to the business line. They are leaders. Leading from the front and learning from past successes and failures, they are accountable for ensuring their overall program and supporting projects consistently deliver business value, align with business and technical strategy and provide an exceptional customer experience for our business partners.

Program Managers lead the program’s strategy, implementation, and delegation and will work closely with Business resources and stakeholders, internal technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers.
** What You’ll Do
*** Develop proactive relationships with supported business units that are built on trust, transparent communication, and a spirit of collaboration
* Monitor the inter-connected and cross-functional resourcing, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery of a business activity
* Forecast IT resource requirements and equipment needs based on business units’ pipeline of planned activities
* Support the outcomes the business line is seeking and develop business requirements and business cases as needed
* Represent the voice of the customer (business unit), ensure committed timelines are met and stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the projects
* Partner with business units and teams across IT to remove roadblocks and accelerate high priority initiatives
* Work with business analyst, implementation specialist and program management teams to ensure business targets and established service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
** Qualifications
* ** Strong understanding of project/program management techniques and methods preferably within a banking or financial services organization
* Understanding and experience in technical operations and audit activities
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to build crucial relationships across all aspects of program management to drive activities with technical and non-technical resources
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people at senior and junior levels
