Location: Chicago, IL (Fulton Market District)
Duration: 5 months
Description & Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering).
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, and/or software development.
- 1+ year of experience in aviation, business aviation, inventory management, maintenance tracking, or related aviation data.
- Certification in business analysis is a plus (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or Agile certifications).
- Hands‑on experience with database management, data integration, digital transformation, large and complex datasets, data models, mapping, quality, and governance.
- Experience with data‑warehousing technologies such as ETL, data integration, and analytics is highly desired.
- Experience with business aviation software (maintenance tracking, component inventory, or MRO) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, O365).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce concise, stakeholder‑oriented documents.
- Experience writing project requirements, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria; excellent presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
