Who Are We Seeking?

We are looking for an Acquisitions Representative who thrives on taking risks, embraces challenges, and maintains a positive, win-win attitude. This individual embodies the qualities of a high-achieving sales professional, demonstrating knowledge, skills, and habits that prioritize clients, uphold integrity, and foster mutually beneficial agreements.

In addition, the ideal Acquisitions Manager is dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth. They actively participate in courses, share their expertise by teaching when appropriate, and consistently practice scripts and dialogues to refine their skills. They are also invested in the success of their team, regularly offering opportunities for learning, development, and growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

NEGOTIATE & SECURE WHOLESALE DEALS

These are the standards that a high-performing individual will consistently meet or exceed:

Engage daily with pre-qualified sellers.

Assess property values and conduct thorough analysis on potential deals.

Negotiate with sellers using wholesale offers and other strategic approaches.

Present offers and draft purchase agreements.

Complete end-of-day reports and maintain tracking of performance metrics.

Participate in daily morning meetings.

Join weekly operations calls.

Communicate effectively with the team regularly via our internal channels.

Collaborate with the dispositions team on pricing, marketing descriptions, and seller relations.

Cultivate relationships in the market that could lead to future acquisition opportunities.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Excellent problem-solving capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Great organizational and time management skills

Ability to stay composed under pressure
