The Manager Membership Operations plays a key role in executing annual membership processes, improving data quality, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to a forward-looking operations & data strategy. Responsible for core membership lifecycle operations, maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation, and upholding standardized membership lifecycle operations.
Must Have- Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years of experience (or 9 years in lieu of a degree) with an AMS/CRM or relationship database system and end to end delivery project management.
- At least 3 years of experience using analytical tools such as Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Knowledge of customer mapping or customer journey life cycle.
- Must have verbal communication, writing, collaboration, presentation, prioritization, strategic, and strong analytical skills.
- Be a self-starter, results-focused, process discipline, and comfort working in a complex and evolving operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
365 or other Microsoft Office. - Position may require before or after hours work.
- Project management framework such as Agile or Scrum, using tools like Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience with Salesforce.
