Position: Product Manager - NetCredit (Hybrid) Chicago, IL

Overview

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will directly support Net Credit and collaborate with different departments and external partners to shape the future of our near-prime, consumer lending business. You'll also work closely with stakeholders to help define features and tradeoffs in order to create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will make a direct impact on our business and hardworking customers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive product roadmaps through the collection of internal and external customer feedback
  • Coordinate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize the backlog
  • Construct business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in. Work with Engineering to estimate size, elaborate on scope and requirements, clarify detailed design, and obtain sign-off on developed features before launch
  • Effectively advocate for your product area and communicate its value throughout the organization
  • Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners on an ongoing basis
  • Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Technical skills including knowledge of relational databases and using SQL to work with large data sets
  • Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
  • Experience driving multiple projects through a full lifecycle
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric solutions
Compensation

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $87,400 - $126,400. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.

Hybrid/Location

Our hybrid roles require in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule fosters collaboration, team connection, and strategic planning, enhancing communication and effectiveness to drive results.
