The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, hire and nurture a dynamic team, and foster a welcoming environment for customers and staff. You will be responsible for driving productivity and sales performance, building relationships within the community, and ensuring high standards of service.

• Build and coach a dynamic team; hire and develop talent to provide exceptional service.
• Lead with a customer-focused approach to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Develop strong relationships with local businesses and residents to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Craft and implement strategic plans to boost productivity and sales, exceed financial targets, and drive sustained growth.
• Collaborate with the Business Banking partner to cultivate new customer relationships and extend the branch’s reach.
• Travel to other branch locations to share expertise and support colleagues; identify process improvements.
• Market products and services, make outbound calls, and network within the community to meet or exceed branch goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

• 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes.
• Proven sales and outside calling skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• This position involves travel or driving; candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with regular travel commitments.

Compensation: Salary range $61,000.00 to $92,000.00 annually. Byline Bank offers a competitive compensation structure with regular reviews.
