We’re looking for a data-minded, entrepreneurial Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and loves building platforms and customer experiences that drive measurable customer and business value.
As a Fintech Lead Product Manager, you’ll define and deliver critical Fintech capabilities with clear value propositions across shipper, carrier and internal customer experiences. This includes creating seamless end-to-end flows from rate automation during booking of a load, to all parties getting paid all the while guarding against fraudulent actors and keeping UF’s key Financial systems secure. You will partner with engineers building at scale, product designers, data scientists, risk/compliance partners, and operations teams to shape the future of financial products in logistics.
Responsibilities- Deeply understand shipper and carrier financial workflows (e.g., billing preferences, payment terms, proof-of-delivery, chargebacks/disputes, payout speed) and build innovative and AI based financial products that unlock efficiency
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and monitor internal metrics to inform product decisions
- Obsess in the data and details of defects identified by users, operations teams, and intuition
- Ensure the higher ROI opportunities are prioritized by collaborating with engineering, design
- Uphold consistent communications with executive leaders to enforce growth strategy and impact quantification
- Minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience developing and deploying world-class products that scale
- Passion for mission and the company's hybrid technology & operations nature
- Strong curiosity for Fintech and AI advancements in the logistics industry
- Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritised product roadmap
- Data-first approach to problem solving (know how to use SQL to pull all data from a known data source table)
- Basic understanding of economics and supply vs demand
- Basic understanding of accounting and Financial ERP systems
- 2+ years of Product Management experience building B2B products ideally in the Financial domain
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and experimentation
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortability with presenting to, recommending changes, and pushing back on executive stakeholders
