Senior Program Leader - Delivery & Client Growth (Pipeline)
Job Level: Consultant
Job Location: On-site/Hybrid (Must be local to Chicago)
Travel Expectations: up to 25 % on average

This position is part of a pipeline requisition created to identify and engage qualified consultants for anticipated, upcoming client work. - Transformation Program Leadership & Delivery Lead large-scale transformation programs integrating business process optimization, operating model redesign, and technology enablement.
- Establish program governance structures, delivery models, and performance tracking mechanisms across multiple work streams.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans with measurable outcomes and value realization metrics.
- Drive disciplined project management practices, proactive risk mitigation, and transparent stakeholder communication.
- Partner with technical and business leaders to ensure alignment across people, process, and technology components.
- Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and resource planning.
- Ensure delivery excellence through quality oversight, issue resolution, and strong cross-functional coordination.
- Client Leadership, Account Growth & Proposal Development
- Serve as a senior advisor and primary point of contact for client executives and sponsors.
- Build trust and credibility through consistent communication, business insight, and strong delivery performance.
- Identify, shape, and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead or contribute to RFI and RFP responses, including solution strategy, scope definition, pricing alignment, and value articulation.
- Develop compelling proposals, executive presentations, and statements of work that clearly communicate business impact and differentiation.
- Collaborate with account and practice leaders to define transformation roadmaps and strategic account plans.
- Gradually assume broader account leadership responsibilities—including governance oversight, long-term planning, and executive relationship management.
- Support revenue growth through account expansion, renewal strategy, pipeline development, and positioning for follow-on work.
- Team & Practice Collaboration Partner with peers to refine delivery methodologies and transformation frameworks.
- Model a collaborative, people-first culture and foster a high-performing delivery community.
- Mentor program managers and delivery leaders to strengthen internal capabilities.
- Share lessons learned, industry insights, and best practices across engagements.
- 7–10 years of consulting or professional services experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-workstream programs spanning business process, technology, and organizational design.
- Proven experience leading or materially contributing to RFI/RFP responses, proposal development, and executive pitch presentations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide decision-making.
- Experience managing program financials, budgets, margins, and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Track record of identifying growth opportunities within client accounts and shaping new engagements.
- Strong governance, risk management, and operational discipline.
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
