Job description
We are currently seeking a hands-on Agency Management Systems Intern to join our high-growth, fast-paced company. This position will report to the Senior VP of Information and Systems and play a key role in onboarding and supporting acquired agencies with agency management system ("AMS") . Desire to work at a growth-oriented business with a focus on acquisitions and integrations is highly valued.
The chosen candidate will be a team player and will assist with all elements of the integration and onboarding of new agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Agency Management Specialist with the integrations process for Superior agencies, including AMS data entry, download setup, carrier codes, lines of business, activities, book of business and employee setup.
- Gain a deep understanding of key processes and systems, including agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS
360 and other common agency management systems), integrations, to Realtime, Epay, CSR
24 and various PL and CL raters. - Implement connectivity to Ivans for proper download of Policy information, Direct bill commissions, and Edocs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high-growth environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and preferably Power Point, including advanced Excel skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines.
- Local to the greater Chicago area and wiling to work 20+ hours per week.
