Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 to$.

The Senior Product Compliance Analyst ensures Grainger products and suppliers meet North American regulatory requirements through strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and disciplined process execution. Leads complex regulatory reviews, independently resolves issues, and provides clear, actionable compliance guidance to cross functional partners. The role strengthens core compliance operations by maintaining high quality data, supporting regulatory reporting, and driving scalable, efficient workflows.

Additionally, the Senior Analyst contributes to continuous improvement and serves as a subject matter resource to help ensure consistent, high quality team execution.

You Will
  • Collaborate with the manager to execute change-management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new processes, policies, or tooling across the compliance team.
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into anomalies, perform structured root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective actions that reduce future risk and strengthen compliance performance.
  • Use continuous improvement methodologies to evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and data accuracy.
  • Apply project-management techniques to structure work, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal guidance.
  • Communicate proactively and influence partners cross-functionally by providing clear, actionable regulatory insights that inform decisions.
