Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Chicago, IL, for a Facilities Management Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing building and facilities operations, managing maintenance processes, developing and adhering to budgets, and optimizing energy usage. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating vendor activities, and performing regular inspections to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Building Management and Facility Management (FM)
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning related to facility operations
  • Strong knowledge of Building Maintenance and repair processes
  • Skills in Energy Management and implementing energy‑efficient practices
  • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards
  • Previous experience managing multiple locations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred
