As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Operations Director to lead internal systems, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless execution across all departments.

Position Overview

The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, improving internal processes, and ensuring consistent service delivery. This role will focus on building scalable systems, increasing efficiency, and aligning operational performance with company growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-focused, and execution-driven—someone who can turn strategy into streamlined processes while maintaining high standards of accountability and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational activities across sales, marketing, fulfillment, and client success teams.
  • Design, implement, and optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Establish operational KPIs and performance benchmarks across departments.
  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery of Linked In outreach campaigns, appointment-setting systems, and CRM workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve turnaround time and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with strategic growth initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, software systems, and operational tools.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
  • Build and lead an operations team focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure service standards are consistently met.
