Position OverviewThe Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s overarching strategic direction. This executive will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify growth opportunities, optimize market positioning, and ensure that all major initiatives align with App Jaxx’s long‑term objectives.
The ideal candidate is analytical, forward‑thinking, and highly strategic—someone who can translate market intelligence and data into actionable business strategy while maintaining a strong understanding of execution realities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine App Jaxx’s long‑term strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and growth goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Define positioning strategy and competitive differentiation within the Linked In lead generation and B2B marketing space.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to evaluate expansion opportunities, new service lines, and strategic pivots.
- Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Establish measurable strategic KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Analyze company performance data to guide high‑level decision‑making and resource allocation.
- Identify acquisition, partnership, or alliance opportunities that strengthen market presence.
- Support major organizational planning, including annual planning and long‑term scaling strategies.
