Principal Research Scientist – Education Research

• Doctorate preferred;
  Master’s degree in education, child development, social sciences, or relevant discipline required
• Minimum of 12 years of directly applicable work experience in a significant management role
• Proven track record in building and managing a team of research professionals
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies or technical assistance methods
• Strong connections to major education clients and experience leading major components of work for a Regional Educational Laboratory or Comprehensive Center

• Recognition as an expert in education through publications and presentations
• Experience in managing large-scale, complex research or technical assistance projects
• Deep understanding of the Every Student Succeeds Act and related content areas
• Strong connections to the Central or Midwest U.S. regions
