We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and lead ’s Guidance Experiences. You will own customer‑facing experiences that help customers browse, evaluate, and confidently select the right products.
This role owns Product Detail Pages (PDP), Category Pages, rich content modules, navigation systems, and end‑to‑end user flows that support browsing, decision‑making, and action. You will guide customers through context and intent‑aware experiences and recommendations. These surfaces are central to helping customers navigate a catalog of 1M+ products and complete purchases with confidence.
You will set the strategy and roadmap across now, near, and next horizons, ensuring Grainger’s digital experience delivers the clarity, expertise, and helpfulness customers expect from our in‑store experience. You will lead structured experimentation and ship thin slices to validate learning quickly while maintaining high execution quality and accountability. You will influence cross‑functional partners and stakeholders through clear narratives connecting product decisions to measurable business outcomes.
This role partners closely with Search (which owns search results templates and typeahead), Merchandising, UX, Engineering, Analytics, and Platform teams to deliver cohesive, high‑impact experiences. You will report to the Director of Product Management.
