OverviewThe PMX Platform Partnerships Lead is responsible for managing Publicis Media’s relationships with key marketplace Platform media partners. This role requires critical thinking, leadership, strong communication & negotiation skills as well as a deep understanding of the Platform (Ad Tech/DSP) ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day business dealings with the Platform Partners including endeavor partnership spend tracking, solving PMX client challenges, evaluating new products & opportunities and pushing for innovation
- Negotiating annual partnership endeavors with key Platform partners as well as rates and fees with non-endeavor partners
- Cultivating Partner relationships to build mutually beneficial business partnerships that drive value for PMX Clients
- Acting as a student of the Platform and Ad Tech marketplace, knowing current trends and opportunities as well as being able to forecast future trends and client needs
- Understanding the needs of PMX Op Co Agencies & Clients to represent them to the marketplace through relationship building and consistent & deliberate interaction
- Knowing and communicating the PMX & Connected Media key investment priorities and needs
- Working with the PMX Platforms & Precision PCOEs and Supply team to drive strategy and product across PM Agencies & Clients
- Familiarity and experience with programmatic media strategy & activation
- Keen understanding of the ad tech landscape and applications of it for buying and planning
- Consistent analysis of the state of the marketplace, fees, features and capabilities of the various ad tech platforms
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving and effective decision-making:

Compensation Range: $ - $ annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
