The Sr. Tender Manager will collaborate with Sales, Technical, Execution, Contracts and Finance leaders to elevate and gain approvals for large and complex SE offers.

What will you do:
  • Participates in programming the project with Sales to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Responsible for accurate development and presentation of complex solutions in proposals and RFP responses.
  • Coordinates and analyzes pricing and technical document production.
  • Works with technical resources to obtain equipment pricing and margin analyses.
  • Prepares final pricing documents and leads price/scope reviews with Sales, Engineering, Pre‑construction, Execution and Finance before delivery.
  • Coordinates with SRM and CPO to plan and manage escalation requirements.
  • Creates financial models for analysis (P&Ls, cash curves, etc.).
  • Develops relationships with SME/SMOs to incorporate feedback into offer packages.
  • Presents solutions and terms to Country and Global leaders for approvals.
  • Proficient in SharePoint, bFO, SEA systems.
  • Works within strict deadlines for escalation and submission, driving resources to meet deadlines.
  • Conducts follow‑up with clients after proposal submission.
  • Ensures accurate information in forecasting reports.
  • Prepares documents and works with Finance to book won projects.
  • Organizes and facilitates Proposal/Contract Transition meetings.
  • Supports the construction team as necessary to order and deliver equipment.
What will make you successful:
  • BA/MA degree
  • Previous experience as a Tender Manager
  • Experience with data center equipment and terms
  • Experience with in microgrid, EV or semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record in bid management and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical skills with risk assessment and mitigation expertise
  • Ability to manage multiple complex proposals simultaneously
  • Stakeholder management across marketing, sales and technical teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $ – $ per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. The salary range applies to candidates located in the United States.
