Responsibilities
  • Help middle‑market private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as venture‑capital‑backed startups, develop and implement digital front‑office transformation strategies.
  • Collaborate with portfolio company executives, Salesforce product teams, Professional Services, and Partners to design unique solutions that improve customer engagement.
  • Design and scale digital front‑office solutions across private‑equity portfolios and VC‑backed startups.
  • Build and execute scalable enablement programs—webinars, onboarding cohorts, and hands‑on workshops—to activate hundreds of companies.
  • Design systems and infrastructure that scale across entire portfolios, converting initial interest into active customers and engaged users.
  • Provide domain expertise during the sales process in partnership with Relationship Management, Account Executives, and Architecture teams.
  • Collaborate with the Practice to provide enablement content, share standard methodologies, and deliver innovative tools that increase impact.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the private‑equity and venture‑capital/startup landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate Salesforce value to founders, CxOs, and operating partners.
  • Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
  • Passion for program design, automation, and executive stakeholder management.
  • Experience designing and scaling solutions across multiple organizations.
Compensation

The typical base salary range for this position is $134,750 – $180,250 annually. In California, New York, and select major cities (Boston, Chicago, Seattle, Washington DC) the base pay range is $148,190 – $198,170 per year. Base salary does not include bonus, equity, or other benefits.
