Facilities Coordinator - JLL

What this job involves:

The Facilities Coordinator provides critical support to the Site Manager by overseeing operational activities across maintenance, operations, accounting, finance, and vendor management. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional occupancy services while proactively building and maintaining client relationships to meet and exceed expected service levels. You will be the key point of contact for site operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment that supports JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and meets operational standards while fostering teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence.

* Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering excellent customer service at all times.

* Schedule, manage, and track repairs, maintenance, minor works, and other work requests through to completion, minimizing disruption to operations.

* Coordinate site amenities including fitness facilities, food services, transportation, moves, events, meetings, and conference facilities, acting as the primary site contact.

* Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal operational impact.

* Maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site, including web pages, and support activities such as moves, reconfigurations, events, reception duties, and building operations.

* Develop, maintain, and propose emergency response plans including evacuation procedures, after-hours emergency response, and environmental health and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

* 1-2+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field.

* Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms for operational management and reporting.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements and service excellence opportunities.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage stressful situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements relevant to facility operations.

* Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems including computer room air-conditioning, chiller systems, fire protection systems, and mechanical and electrical systems.

* Experience with vendor management for specialized services and critical facilities operations.

* Self-motivated with a confident, energetic, and flexible approach to work.

* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators in a client-facing role.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

55,300. USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
