Global Services Channel Partner Program Manager

Drive a cross‑functional team to deliver all Channel partner program(s) deliverables within the regions and drive standardization of tools, platforms, processes, safety, and contractual language worldwide. Lead Channel Partner growth initiatives to achieve service quality and timeliness of regional objectives while complying with commercial policy. Provide independent guidance to meet commercial goals within operating budgets and guidelines, and help set direction for online selling of parts, training and accessories, including key partnership applications like MyGEHC.

• All contract performance activities related to Channel Partners or programs, serving as the interface between the region and internal business teams. Manage transfer of information and requests, ensure timely issue resolution, keep regions informed of progress, and negotiate changes and solutions. Monitor adherence to contract service, operations, performance specifications, and financial & technical metrics, and support proposal and negotiations when needed.
• Apply specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, service delivery, or customer groups. Leverage strong commercial awareness to influence how we work with Service Channel Partners globally.
• Interpret internal and external business challenges, recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services, and stay informed of industry trends.
• Use high‑level judgment to make decisions on complex tasks or problems across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Assess quality of information, ask pertinent questions, and offer new solutions beyond set parameters.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources or risk, communicate difficult concepts, and influence others to consider alternative viewpoints.

• For roles outside the USA: significant experience in Product Management & Program Management with a level of knowledge comparable to a Master’s degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• For roles in the USA: a college degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 8 years of experience in the Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

• 10+ years’ experience in healthcare product development, product management, new product introduction, sales, service, or related fields.
• Proven healthcare product, service, and digital industry acumen.
• Proven commercial leadership.
• Proven team leadership for horizontal teams.
• Proven experience with GE Healthcare service and commercial processes and working systems.
• Proven ability to work and travel globally.
