Responsibilities
The Operational Transformation Manager plays a critical role within Physical Security, responsible for translating strategic transformation initiatives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Physical Security Operational Transformation, this role supports enterprise-wide improvements to Physical Security infrastructure, processes, and technologies.
The position focuses on project management, operational analysis, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen the organization's security posture, regulatory readiness, and operational efficiency. The role partners closely with Facilities, Technology, Procurement, vendors, and other internal teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to Physical Security strategy.
Salary Range
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$121,300 plus incentive bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the planning and execution of Physical Security operational transformation initiatives across Old National Bank's (ONB) footprint.
* Manage assigned projects by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.
* Assist in vendor coordination activities, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and documentation support.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, operating procedures, and artifacts to support audit and regulatory examination readiness.
* Track project budgets, invoices, and expenditures, escalating variances or risks to the Senior Manager as appropriate.
* Support the integration of Physical Security enhancements.
* Contribute to the development and tracking of key performance and risk indicators related to Physical Security initiatives.
* Support Physical Security training, awareness, and change management activities tied to transformation efforts.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and risk outcomes.
