Media Development Representative

Overview How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Media Development Representative (MDR) you will manage and expand relationships with publishers and supply-side platforms, driving revenue growth and product adoption across Epsilon’s supply-side product suite. This role partners closely with Business Development, Product, Engineering and other teams to operationalize integration and onboarding pathways, identify upsell opportunities, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to supply partners.

• Own a portfolio of publisher and SSP partners with defined revenue and growth objectives.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned publisher accounts, responding to inquiries, providing reporting, and conducting data analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline onboarding, integrations, and ongoing operations that increase partner satisfaction and lifetime value.
• Proactively surface and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align partner needs with Epsilon’s suite of supply side products.
• Analyze account performance and market trends (daily, monthly, quarterly), develop action plans, and implement to meet revenue targets.
• Provide technical guidance to support partner onboarding and integrations; coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and enable new features.
• Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations and recommendations to partners and internal team members.

• 1+ years of programmatic AdTech experience at a DSP, SSP, or publisher
• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, computer science, or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• More than proficient in Excel, strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach.
• Demonstrates a data-driven, proactive approach and is comfortable working across multiple internal teams to deliver value to partners.
• Motivated by measurable outcomes, with a strong sense of ownership for partner success and revenue growth.

• Advanced computer skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)
• Experience with SQL

Base Salary: $55,400.00 - $
