Role Summary
- This role provides enterprise-wide communications leadership and execution support for a global operating model and transformation agenda.
- The position partners across business lines, regions, and corporate functions to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications that support organizational change, reinforce culture and ways of working, and enable leaders through periods of transition.
- The role complements existing Professional Services (PS) and internal communications teams by absorbing peak-volume demand, coordinating stakeholder inputs, and ensuring continuity, sequencing, and alignment of messaging at scale.
- Enterprise & Regional Transformation Communications:
Serve as a communications partner to business lines and regions, with a primary focus on North America and global enterprise initiatives. - Attend select Target Operating Model (TOM) governance and working sessions as the communications representative.
- Coordinate closely with PS partners and internal communications teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and clarity.
- Support manager enablement by developing:
- Toolkits
- Talking points
- Help leaders communicate effectively with their teams.
- Global Support (ASC & Corporate Functions)
- Act as a flexible communications generalist across:
- Marketing & Communications
- People Org (PO)
- Legal & Compliance
- Finance
- ABS / Global Capability Centers
- Draft communications materials and synthesize cross-functional inputs.
- Maintain message continuity across complex work streams.
- Participate in meetings to support message development, alignment, and decision‑making.
- Regional Support & Alignment
- Reinsurance, NFP & EMEA:
- Clarify scope and level of communications support required.
- Support or lead early‑stage communications as needs evolve.
- APAC:
- Provide light‑touch alignment support.
- Ensure consistency with the global narrative.
- Offer back‑up drafting and synthesis support as required.
- Reinsurance, NFP & EMEA:
- Audience‑Specific Communications & Deliverables
- Create and deliver tailored communications and discussion materials for:
- Leadership
- Managers
- Colleagues
- Deliverables Include:
- Change and transition emails
- Talking points and leader scripts
- FAQs and reference materials
- Case studies and success stories
- Maintain a steady cadence of communications to:
- Reduce uncertainty
- Reinforce key messages
- Support transition waves
- Create and deliver tailored communications and discussion materials for:
- Culture & Ways of Working Communications
- Reinforce desired cultural behaviors and new ways of working enabled by the target operating model.
- Partner closely with the People Org.
- Connect operational and structural changes to the broader enterprise culture narrative.
- Help colleagues understand:
What is changing & Why it is changing - Highlight early wins, proof points, and examples across regions and teams.
- Ensure messaging remains globally consistent while allowing for regional nuance.
- Enterprise Communications Program Management
- Maintain and manage the global transformation communications workplan.
- Track:

- Coordinate inputs from:
- Business leaders
- Regional teams
- PS partners
- Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of communications requests.
- Prepare:
- Leadership updates

- Enable centralized information flow to maintain alignment across strategy, narrative, and messaging.
- Proactively identify and manage communications risks related to:
- Timing
- Tone
- Sequencing
- Reputational impact
- Partner with Media Relations, Legal, HR, and senior Communications leaders on mitigation and response planning.
- Support proactive communications planning related to external transformation narratives and potential external scrutiny.
- Strong experience in enterprise change, transformation, or operating model communications within a complex global organization.
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic generalist across multiple functions and regions.
- Exceptional writing, synthesis, and storytelling skills in high‑volume, high‑ambiguity environments.
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, external advisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and program management.
- Experience coordinating across geographies and cultures with sensitivity to regional nuance.
