Responsibilities- Manage group of customers in a defined market area, collaborating to drive results and achieve share, volume, and financial objectives.
- Work with Sales Agency Partners to handle information flow to third‑party retail teams.
- Lead the transition of Colgate objectives into specific customer strategies to enhance growth and business performance.
- Have P&L and financial responsibility.
- Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) and customer collaboration opportunities.
- Coach and lead Sales Agency Partners, sharing feedback, formal annual and mid‑performance reviews to hold team accountable for individual and team objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 6+ years of Consumer Product Goods experience.
- 2+ years of key customer account experience.
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Experience utilizing Colgate Business Planning reporting and planning system or customer planning software.
- Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account.
Salary Range: $ – $ USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays.
Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
