About

The Role

We are looking for trade compliance professionals with 4+ years of experience to independently manage project tasks involving customs compliance, tariff classification, valuation, duty mitigation, FTZs, and sourcing regulations such as Buy America/Buy American. Senior Consultants play a critical role in client project execution, analysis, and communications, with opportunities to contribute to program development and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Do

* Lead execution of client project components and detailed compliance analyses

* Support investigations, audit responses, and regulatory inquiries under guidance

* Prepare client reports, presentations, and compliance documentation

* Assist in developing compliance programs and training materials

* Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

* 4+ years of relevant trade compliance and customs experience

* This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices, as needed

* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Licensed Customs Broker or relevant certifications preferred

* Familiarity with trade compliance software (e.g., SAP GTS, QAD, Thomson Reuters)

* Experience in regulated industries a plus

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation

Minimum Pay: $69,000

Maximum Pay: $176,000
