Position Overview

MxD is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our PMO team. The role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The Project Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and contribute to portfolio management activities. The position reports to the Senior PMO Director.

• Coordinate project documentation for a portfolio of projects
• Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures for project processes
• Perform administrative support for project calls and vendor selections
• Update project statuses in  or other repositories as needed
• Collaborate within and across functional teams to develop monthly newsletter content
• Coordinate monthly project calls and project presentations
• Manage calendar and coordinate scheduling for the PMO
• Build cross‑functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Other duties, as assigned

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
• Two years of operations, project coordination, or process experience, preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience with , MS Teams, Hub Spot (or other CRM) desirable but not required
• Strong ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple priorities
• Detail‑oriented, process and documentation focused
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working in a research, engineering, product development, or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
• Must be able to work onsite approximately three days per week for the first three months, after which the schedule may be reassessed with an option for at least one day per week

Salary Range: $58,727 – $67,536
