Summary:
As a Non-IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to various projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the achievement of organizational goals.
- Coordinate projects, create detailed plans, and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign work, evaluate their performance, and oversee staff development.

- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

- Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:- Experience in engineering, research and development, financial systems, or product roll-out.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
