Job DescriptionThe Supply Resilience Strategy & Systems Lead is a dual‑threat role requiring deep fundamental knowledge of supply planning and a modern approach to process automation.
- Develop and maintain the Risk Management System to identify Single Points of Failure (SPOF) and high‑risk component categories.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply health monitoring, moving the team toward a 70% preventative workload.
- Design and implement Supply Health dashboards that integrate market intelligence with internal inventory data.
- Apply deep knowledge of MRP, lead‑time dynamics, and buffer strategy to advise on Just‑in‑Case stock levels and risk buys.
- Lead high‑level supplier accountability sessions, moving beyond tactical PO chasing to address root‑cause performance issues and capacity constraints.
- Partner with Engineering and Procurement to accelerate technical qualifications for alternate parts in high‑risk categories.
- Partner with Demand Planning to design and execute targeted resilience strategies that safeguard high‑revenue and mission‑critical finished goods.
- Deep experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and Supply Chain Planning tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build tools (Excel/VBA, PowerBI, Tableau) or implement automation to solve operational bottlenecks.
- Ability to simplify the explanation of complex tasks and supply risks, translating them into a clear, actionable vision for executive leadership and cross‑functional partners.
Target Base Salary Range: $101,100 – $145,000
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
