Warehouse Supervisor

Scotts Miracle‑GRO is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our 1.3M sq ft Distribution Center in Marysville, OH.

On a day‑to‑day basis, you will be responsible for all aspects of loading and unloading trucks and warehousing products produced from our production plants.

• Lead shift operations within the Marysville Distribution Center.
• Ensure the customer shipping schedule is obtained and review shifts to lend help as needed.
• Direct distribution associates to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the packaging department to maintain 100% packaging uptime.
• Use SAP to monitor inventory and quality; make adjustments when required.
• Train and develop associates in surge and loading procedures and customer‑specific requirements.
• Enforce Scotts Miracle‑GRO policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work area.
• Monitor and order services or supplies as needed.
• Manage overtime requirements based on manpower needs balanced by the budget.
• Coordinate with the returns coordinator to process returned products.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related study preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in warehouse supervision or supervision in a production environment.
• Basic understanding of distribution, transportation, inventory control, and freight routing.
• Computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Strong leadership skills and effective communication with great time‑management.
• Adaptability to flexible work schedules and/or hours within a seasonal business, including weekends.
• Strong administrative and planning skills.
• SAP experience preferred.

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $77,200.00 – $90,800.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. The role is incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.
