SAP Sales Management iXp Intern - Operations Analyst

Position title: SAP Sales Performance Management Internship – Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Chicago, IL

Duration: July 2025 – July 2026

• Enablement for Forecasting Tools
• Create and review the Revenue Accuracy Report
• Provide bi‑weekly updates on the Leadership team call
• Coordinate Monthly Delivery Business Review
• Track actuals, utilization, and project reviews (Top Watch, Red & Yellow Projects), missing time, and accuracy
• Build and manage a regular reporting publication cadence
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and formulate reporting requirements
• Review and analyze business metrics, summarizing findings and potential actions
• Edit and publish periodic newsletters and status reports
• Assist in preparing and maintaining renewal forecasts for the leadership team
• Own and manage the renewal master forecast file for the SPM CSM team, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests and queries from Customer Success Managers and leadership
• Analyze trends in customer health, churn risk, and renewal performance to generate actionable insights
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to automatically monitor KPIs
• Develop a content management strategy to centralize Customer Success resources, templates, playbooks, and collateral
• Build or help implement a platform (e.g., SharePoint, Workzone) that serves as a one‑stop shop for team content needs
• Document and optimize key processes (e.g., onboarding, renewals, provisioning, escalation management)
• Support internal communications by helping craft newsletters and training documentation
• Partner with Sales Ops, Support, Marketing, and Product teams to support cross‑functional initiatives that impact customer success

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Office suite products; comfortable extracting data from various cloud applications and performing basic data translation and manipulation in Excel
• Experience in Microsoft SharePoint to build functional, user‑friendly sites
• Comfortable producing graphical reporting and business narratives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when necessary
• Self‑starter with excellent communication and organizational skills

• Previous internship or work experience
• Currently pursuing a BS or BBA with upper‑class standing in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Willingness to work in an office environment (at least three days per week, with Tuesday and Thursday mandatory)
• Advanced MS Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, data export, and pivot tables
