  • Drive cross-functional strategic projects that address important business questions. This includes coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and resolving issues.

  • Structure ambiguous problems into clear work streams, identify key drivers, and synthesize findings into practical recommendations.

  • Develop presentations, memos, and executive-ready materials that clearly communicate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Contribute to a high-performing team culture through strong ownership, sound judgment, and effective collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.

  • 4+years of experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, project finance, FP&A, or a similarly analytical role. Minimum 2+ years with advanced degree.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex and ambiguous issues into structured analyses and recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas and present to executive-level audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility across teams and functions.

  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, project finance, FP&A, or a similarly analytical role.

  • Experience in the energy sector, power markets, infrastructure, or an adjacent industry.

  • Experience supporting senior executives on strategic planning, board materials, or major cross-functional initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
