Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.

US Card Recoveries will be the first line of business to migrate to Capital One’s next generation of data infrastructure – our Destination Core. This move will unlock the full power of our enterprise platforms for Recoveries, thereby accelerating new product launches, substantially increasing dollars recovered per year, and meaningfully changing the trajectory of our customers’ path back to credit.

• Coordinate the migration of Recoveries clients off the legacy Core and onto the Destination Core
• Decommission Legacy Core infrastructure
• Gather requirements for the Recoveries business to be ready to support a card product launched directly onto the Destination Core rails
• Partner with key Recoveries platforms to define and deliver foundational data capabilities to drive transformative customer experiences and business outcomes
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (BAs, Tech, Ops, Risk) to define and implement a modernized suite of preventative controls across our business
