Position reports directly to the National Fulfillment Manager and supports the co‑manufacturing business on finished goods inventory management, fulfillment, reporting relationships, and process improvement.
Accountabilities- Relationship management between a cross‑functional cohort of internal and external stakeholders
- Management of Finished Goods Inventory – Ownership of Sales Orders and FG Shuttle movements shipping to and from MAB site.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Supply, Transportation, quality, and external partners
- Reporting and automation tools to increase visibility to external partners
- Process Improvement driven to reduce waste, maximize efficiency, and maximize service levels
- Product Life‑cycle management – Manage seasonal transitions, Brand Refreshes, and New Product Innovations
- Continuous Improvement activities – Reporting, Automation Tools, etc.
- On‑Time Shipments > 90%
- In‑Full Shipments > 99%
- Case Fill % >99.5%
- Inventory Age
