As our Supply Maestro, you’ll be the linchpin of our demand forecasting process, liaising between departments like Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. Your main gigs will be:
- Building Bridges: Lead the consensus demand management process by collecting and harmonizing demand information.
- Problem‑Solving Pro: Use your analytical skills to spot and fix potential issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
- Process Wizard: Advocate for continuous improvement by defining metrics, crafting detailed process flow diagrams, and enhancing our forecasting system.
- Team Collaborator: Maintain regular communication with production sites, discussing schedules and raw material needs to ensure smooth operations.
- Education: A BA or BS in Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field is a must. Extra points for an MBA, Masters, or APICS certifications.
- Experience: 2+ years in supply chain analysis, preferably in manufacturing (food, consumer products, beverages). Demand Planning experience is a big plus.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Net Suite, or Oracle is beneficial. Intermediate skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlook‑ups, are required.
- Analytical Ace: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- On‑Site Presence: This role requires you to be 100% in person at our headquarters.
