Policy Management Advisor:
On behalf of our Capital Markets client, Procom is searching for a Policy Management Advisor for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Chicago, IL, 60606 office.

Policy Management Advisor - Job Description:
This role supports the development and execution of a global policy management framework within a risk remediation initiative. The position involves establishing governance practices, ensuring documentation compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and transitioning policy management into a sustainable business-as-usual model.

Policy Management Advisor - Responsibilities:

• Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to edit, update, and refine documentation in line with governance standards and regulatory expectations

• Evaluate existing documentation and recommend opportunities to retire, consolidate, or enhance policies to improve clarity and efficiency

• Ensure all documents meet established policy management requirements, including formatting, version control, and approval processes

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader policy management function, including tracking deliverables and maintaining documentation repositories

• Support the evolution of the policy management framework as it transitions from remediation phase into business-as-usual operations

• Contribute to strengthening governance practices by identifying process improvements and enhancing overall policy management

Policy Management Advisor - Mandatory Skills:

• Policy writing experience

Policy Management Advisor - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Banking background

• Tech savvy across basic Microsoft applications
