Program Overview

The College Graduate Development Program at Uline’s Kenosha Branch is a year‑long training initiative designed to develop essential skills for college graduates. Participants receive extensive training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience across customer service, operations, analytics, and other core business areas.

• Business‑related bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and learn quickly.
