Project Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)
Role Description
Support project teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve project planning, execution, and performance outcomes. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with clear insights into project status, timelines, resource utilization, budgets, and key performance indicators. Monitor project metrics, identify trends, evaluate risks, and recommend opportunities for operational and process improvements. Assist with forecasting, performance tracking, data validation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across project information.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven decision‑making and contribute to the successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization platforms, database concepts, statistical techniques, and project performance measurement is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of forecasting, business reporting, process improvement methodologies, and project management principles is a plus.
