A Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across the USA, parts of Europe and Asia, is growing in multiple markets and geographies.
They're looking for a sizable number of Junior Business Development Managers to come in and grow their book of business – successful candidates will be joining as part of new teams!
Package- Base salary of $50k
- Excellent OTE adding $15-20k in your first year
- Excellent scope for progression to roles such as AE, AM, Team Lead and more!

- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target clients.
- Undertake effective territory planning and preparation – determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to ensure opportunities are capitalized upon.
- Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition.
- Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base.
- Manage and monitor performance of sales throughout your assigned territory.
- Closely observe company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients to further business generation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Confident with good presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic with a positive outlook.
