Opportunity

The Client Services Associate will join a growing Investor Services organization that serves as a key liaison between investors, financial intermediaries, operations teams, and senior business leaders. This role combines relationship management, onboarding coordination, operational support, reporting, and process improvement responsibilities. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with clients, solving operational challenges, and improving the overall investor experience.

The role offers broad exposure across multiple business functions including operations, accounting, compliance, legal, technology, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned intermediary and operational relationships
  • Build strong partnerships with advisory firms, financial institutions, custodial partners, and operational contacts
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution across internal teams
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding account activity, onboarding, and operational requests
Investor Onboarding & Account Administration
  • Facilitate onboarding, account setup, ownership changes, transfers, and related activities
  • Coordinate documentation requirements and onboarding workflows
  • Support account maintenance and operational processing requests
  • Ensure accurate collection, review, and maintenance of investor records and documentation
  • Monitor onboarding timelines and drive timely completion of outstanding items
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with accounting, tax, legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams
  • Coordinate reporting requests and operational support activities
  • Assist with maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy across systems
  • Support ongoing operational initiatives and business priorities
Strategic Projects & Process Improvement
  • Participate in onboarding enhancements and workflow optimization initiatives
  • Assist with implementation of new platforms, integrations, and reporting solutions

    Partner with technology teams to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve controls, processes, and service delivery
  • Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, custody services, investor services, broker-dealer operations, transfer agency, or related financial services environments
  • Experience supporting client onboarding, account administration, investor servicing, or relationship management activities

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products
