The role sits within Capital Markets and supports the development and execution of a global policy management framework as part of a broader risk remediation initiative. This team is responsible for establishing governance practices, ensuring all documentation aligns with regulatory and internal policy standards, and transitioning the function into a sustainable business‑as‑usual model. This position plays a key role in building and maintaining the policy management operating framework.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to coordinate policy development, updates, and reviews while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to edit, update, and refine documentation in line with governance standards and regulatory expectations
- Evaluate existing documentation and recommend opportunities to retire, consolidate, or enhance policies to improve clarity and efficiency
- Ensure all documents meet established policy management requirements, including formatting, version control, and approval processes
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader policy management function, including tracking deliverables and maintaining documentation repositories
- Support the evolution of the policy management framework as it transitions from remediation phase into BAU operations
- Contribute to strengthening governance practices by identifying process improvements and enhancing overall policy management
