The Gatorade Warehouse Beverage Sales Team is looking for a driven & passionate Sales Manager to lead the Distributor Business for C S and West Distributors for the Gatorade BTC and PBUS Warehouse Beverage Brands. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a group of strategic distributors, making up +$10MM in annual Net Revenue. This role manages our relationship with the distributor as your primary customer as well as onboarding new indirect customers.
This role requires a person who is very organized, process driven, ability to prioritize competing priorities, and can build strong customer relationships.
- Achieving Annual Operating Plans to deliver Gross sales, Net Revenue, Share, Executional Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), and sales targets.
- Developing winning partnerships with customer and internal Pepsi Co stakeholders by influencing and penetrating multiple levels within both organizations
- Leading cross functionally with sales planning, category management, Finance, marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives
- Operationalizing and executing against the C S National plan by working closely with the C S national sales manager to bring the overarching retail vision to life within their defined territory
- On-going analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution for C S
- Working across KAMs and DSD teams to bring to life the PBUS & Gatorade Warehouse portfolio at indirect retailers
- Providing customer/channel expertise and leadership to drive development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans within business unit
- Managing planning, merchandising and forecasting for UNFI as well as timely communication to all appropriate stakeholders on these critical tasks
- Ensures implementation and adherence to initiatives
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
