Responsibilities
  • Support account management and project delivery across two brands, including status reporting, meeting preparation, client communications, and risk tracking.
  • Own executional projects independently, serving as the account and operations lead from brief through delivery.
  • Help manage paid media and media creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, and adherence to client regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit deliverables for legal review, ensuring all formats comply with client and regulatory standards.
  • Help maintain accuracy across internal systems (project management tools, budget trackers, and resource inputs) keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of agency experience in account management or operations, with a working understanding of core principles across both functions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple work streams and competing deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly for internal and client audiences.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management platforms (Click Up, , Asana, or similar) preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive brands, paid media trafficking, creative asset delivery, or integrated agency environments is a plus.

  • In-office expectation: 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu)

$60,000 - $80,000 a year

Final compensation will be dependent on the total related experience of the candidate.
