Global Solution Management Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Solutions

This position is part of Leasing Advisory services within the Enterprise Portfolio Solutions platform. The Global Solution Management Lead is a senior leader charged with leading and coordinating the development of winning solutions for prospective clients across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, Leasing Advisory, and Brokerage. Responsibilities include developing winning solutions, owning the staffing model, creating savings and improvement plans, technology solutioning, ensuring delivery teams can execute, and performing financial analysis that demonstrates value to clients.

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Critical to the success of the sales organization and integrated into all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Client‑facing with exposure to the complete set of JLL capabilities.
  • Partners with sales leaders, functional subject matter experts, and marketing to build tailored, competitive solutions.
  • Coordinates the development of clear, articulate value propositions for presentation to prospective clients.
  • Forms strategic solutions based on in‑depth knowledge of each client’s leasing portfolio needs and transaction requirements.
  • Assists the sales leader in contracting by identifying the best business terms, developing contract exhibits, and conducting get‑give analysis.
  • Owns the deliverables key for business planning.
  • Participates in client‑facing presentations and diagnostic sessions to customize solutions.
  • Manages a global/regional and service line team, including Leasing Advisory staff, to support solution delivery.
  • Builds a financial pricing model incorporating leasing transaction projections and advisory fee structures.
  • Develops and maintains benchmarks and analytics to support estimating and pricing.
  • Communicates with the delivery team and account management to facilitate operational handoff.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years proven experience in sales or a role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead creative solution development, think beyond the status quo, and drive teams through challenges.
  • Strong partnership skills with internal Subject Matter Experts, Brokers, and Leasing Advisory professionals.
  • Excellent writing skills for concise narratives, executive summaries, and bespoke written responses.
  • Budget ownership during negotiations, including financial and delivery risk analysis.
  • Strong background in Portfolio Services, Leasing Advisory, and real‑estate outsourcing.
  • Ability to articulate and present solution structure, delivery approach, and maintenance strategy internally and to clients.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to translate client feedback into solutions.
  • Experience in a collaborative and respectful team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Transaction Management and/or brokerage experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in leasing advisory, tenant representation, or landlord representation.
  • Experience with large, complex solutions for corporate occupiers.
  • Understanding of leasing transaction structures, market dynamics, and advisory service delivery models.

  • Estimated compensation: 225,000 – 275,000 USD per year.
