Job Description Summary

The Senior Director, Strategic RGM is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining the roadmap for commercial success. As the organization’s most strategic business planning position, this individual integrates consumer, shopper, category, brand, and channel perspectives to set the direction for multi‑year strategies and operational execution. By aligning pricing, trade investment, and performance management, the Senior Director drives sustainable growth and balanced long‑term value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Long‑Range Planning
    :
Lead the development of long‑term plans by integrating trend insights with top‑down volume, revenue, and profit targets for the U.S. and Canada Warehouse Route‑to‑Market. Steward the integration of assumptions into planning tools to ensure seamless translation into actionable strategies.
  • OBPPC Strategy (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel):
Develop annual OBPPC mapping by category for the Warehouse Route‑to‑Market in the U.S. and Canada, serving as a key input to the annual Commercial Situation Assessment. Collaborate with Category Commercialization and Channel Leadership to create commercial plans across all package formats within Coca‑Cola’s Route‑to‑Market. Translate OBPPC strategies into consumer‑driven retail price strategies, including Availability, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving (AMPS), while setting list price and trade investment guardrails.

Evaluate business cases for category‑specific RGM initiatives within the Stages & Gates (S&G) process.
  • Promotional Effectiveness & Optimization (U.S. Only):
Develop optimal promotional strategies to drive the Juice business and maximize ROI while minimizing value leakage. Create tools and processes to evaluate promotional mechanics, depth, and frequency for improved effectiveness. Train Pricing Execution and Trade Strategy teams to deploy tools and capabilities at the category and customer levels. Partner with the Commercial Strategy & Operations team to test and refine promotional opportunities.
  • RGM Leadership & Analysis
    :
Represent the Juice Warehouse Route‑to‑Market within the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) RGM community, sharing and adopting best practices, tools, and capabilities.
