Overview

Senior Recruiter | Enterprise Talent Services. Our client, a leader in financial tax software
, is looking to hire a Business Operations Specialist
. This role is fully remote. This job is a 9-month W2 contract role with benefits and paid holidays.

As a Business Operations Specialist
, you serve as a primary point of contact for migration-related inquiries and escalations, triaging issues and coordinating resolutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the program process, including documentation, data accuracy, issue tracking, reporting and compliance, meet high standards of precision and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine end-to-end migration flows to a centralized client solution, applying hands-on experience with Salesforce to design and manage the migration process
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for migration tools, API integrations, and system enhancements
  • Establish scalable processes for program application, approval workflows, and tracking using tools such as Smartsheet and Jira, refining processes to increase program adoption and effectiveness
  • Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation
    , leveraging Excel pivot tables, Smartsheet, and Salesforce for progress tracking, resource management, and operational reporting
  • Assist with onboarding of migrating partners
    , providing input on training materials to ensure new portal functionality and processes
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program operations, or system migrations/implementations
  • Experience using Salesforce in addition to other CRM and PRM platforms
  • Experience managing documentation, timelines, and deliverable tracking using Smartsheet, Jira or similar platforms
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in the B2B SaaS or Fin Tech industry strongly preferred
