Sr. Manager Integrity Operations

Job Summary

The position is responsible for managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of Payment Integrity Operations. This role delivers business value through the use of enterprise information gathered via internal systems and from key internal partners, and includes the design, development, deployment, maintenance, enhancement, and support for structuring, organizing, storing, retrieving, analyzing, and reporting strategic and tactical enterprise refund & recovery management information and operational / production data.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 6 years related business and management experience or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge of group products and claims operations.
• Ability to analyze contract language, processes and procedures.
• Effective verbal, written, and leadership skills.

Base Pay Range: $92,700 – $167,500 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location). This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
