Role OverviewThe Senior Manager serves in an outward‑facing, hands‑on, and multi‑faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and material interaction with clients at tactical and strategic levels.
Responsibilities- Lead client‑facing engagements across all project phases, from pursuit to delivery.
- Manage project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Conduct in‑depth data analysis to inform impactful recommendations.
- Support overall practice development and mentor co‑achees.
- Perform project and organizational administrative tasks.
- 6+ years of end‑to‑end Workday HCM implementation experience, including Workday US Payroll.
- Prior experience implementing Workday within a Professional Services Firm.
- Experience in a Higher Education or university environment.
- Experience with Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll (plus).
- Institutional strategic planning, project financial management, and client executive relationship management.
- Multiple cradle‑to‑grave implementation experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff.
- Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into actionable documentation.
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Capacity to contribute on multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Estimated base salary range: $130,000 – $190,000. Total compensation including incentive program: $156,000 – $228,000. Eligible for annual incentive compensation program and benefit plans including medical, dental, vision coverage, wellness programs, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and parental leave.
